Let me introduce myself…
I started my fitness journey in 2012 at Cork Con FC, where we quickly grew to over 400 members. We even filled Cork City Hall for charity workouts on Mother’s Day two years in a row! 💪
In 2018, I launched the Lean With Lesley App to reach women beyond Cork. Little did I know, 2020 would change everything. When lockdown hit, the app took off and now, with over 10,000 members, we're building strength, confidence, and community through livestream classes three times a week.
From a 40-year-old starting out to a woman in my 50s, I’ve grown stronger, healthier, and more empowered—thanks to lifting weights. The best part? I get to do this with you.
Together, we’ve created something special, and I’m excited to share what’s coming in 2026! 💫
