LeanWithLesley 4 Week Blast at Cork Con Football Club 

In addition to our usual schedule, several times a year we will run LeanWithLesley's 4 Week Blast at Cork Con Football Club every Tuesday at either our 09:30am or 6:30pm meeting.

The 4 Week Blast Program will include guidance on healthy eating, understanding about proteins, fats and carbohydrates, detailed weekly food plans, healthy family-friendly recipes, advice on portion sizes and food shopping.

Detailed body analysis will be included, such as Body Fat, BMI, Muscle mass, Physique rating, BMR, Hip to Waist ratio, Metabolic Age and Visceral Fat levels. Private individual consultations, allows individuals to discuss diet plans and cover any concerns, resulting in a very personalised plan and achieves results.
