Led by Expert Coach Lesley Giltinan
An expert in health, fitness and wellbeing, driven by a passion to share knowledge and experience gained over 20 years in the industry, Lesley qualified in 2011 with The National Training Centre in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training and within weeks of getting her qualification started coaching her unique training sessions and providing healthy eating plans. Today Lesley runs a super full schedule of classes, has a team of coaches working with her and we see over 500 people attending LeanWithLesley classes in Cork City every week.
In September 2018 Lesley launched the LeanWithLesley App which allows people everywhere to train through the unique LWL training method. It feels like a one to one training session as Lesley is working with you, coaching, guiding and motivating you through the LWL workout. With Lesley’s 121 training style, these workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced! You can choose how long you workout for, because we know how busy life can be, with a choice of a HIIT 5 minute workout to a full 30 minute workout combining strength, cardio and flexibility.
