The LWL Classes are a 40 minute Full Body Workout.
All you need to bring is some dumbbells if you have them, an exercise mat and water.
LWL workouts are fun and you will feel Fitter and Stronger and that’s exactly what it’s all about, feeling Fit, Strong and Confident, no matter what your Fitness Level.
