Hi! I'M LESLEY 

Founder of LWL.I have been educating women, helping them to become fitter and stronger and become more confident for over 10 years.

My vocation turned into my career in 2011, when I qualified with The National Training Centre in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training.
