Holiday Workouts!!

Here is a great workout for holiday or any day!

All you need is your own body-weight and maybe some water bottles like we use here. Alternate between each exercise for 20 seconds on each with 10 second breather in-between and repeat 8 rounds (4 rounds of each exercise) to get a really fast, effective and efficient 4 minute workout.

It will get heart rate right up, it incorporates cardio, own body weight strength and will tone the glutes (bum) very nicely.
