CSN College asked me to come along to the "First Day" at college for all these fabulous young students starting a career in health and fitness.
So, we had a CSN Sports Induction Workout and it was a Blast! I love this concept that CSN have introduced for the students first day, leaving books and iPads at home and instead just having fun working out to some good tunes.
I was very happy to share my story and we had a great chat afterwards with some great questions and answers covered. Nothing better than seeing people starting a new and very exciting chapter in their lives.

I like this quote and often use it myself to motivate me to do something that I know I ought to do but may not always want to do.
