I was very happy to accept an invitation from VirginMedia to speak at The Xposé Style Sessions last week in the Castlemartyr Resort.
I love to get out of my gym gear every now and again and no better excuse to get glammed up than when I'm asked to share my fitness tips with 220 women!!
First pitstop, of course was to get my hair and makeup done and OMG, what a transformation(hehe) @lizmccarthymakeup and @colourshairandbeautyclinic had me on top form heading down to Castlemartyr.
The Castlemartyr Resort looks amazing and the audience were so welcoming, I managed to get a quick pic with Cassie Stokes who was one of the MC’s on the day, she is so lovely and made me feel very much at ease with all of the team and the other speakers and presenters. The Event was all about makeup, styling, hair, beauty, skin, and I injected the fitness kick! I’m so impressed with Xposé for recognising always that our fitness has an integral part to play in feeling beautiful and loving ourselves, in a way we all should. I chatted about how there is no greater wealth than health and how important it is that we all make time for our personal fitness, even if it means incorporating fitness “cheats” into our day to get there.
